Model Cities -- El Paso is an alliance formed to combat the harmful effects that pornography has on our children, our families and our community. We support and promote various forms of community action to battle pornography and its outlets.

Our Vision and Our Mission
To protect our citizens from the harms of pornography and sexually oriented businesses through strategies to:

• Increase public education and awareness (click here for more information)
• Enact enforceable zoning ordinances to restrict sexually exploitive businesses
• Encourage the enactment and enforcement of laws restricting pornography
• Provide assistance to victims of pornography

Our Goal is to position pornography as a public health and safety issue through education and promotion of healthy lifestyles.

Is Our City Worth the Fight?
Perhaps the real question that must be asked is this -- If your family worth this fight? The answer is a resounding "yes." Today, within our region, we find families in despair, savage acts being committed against women and children and growing numbers of young people being drawn into a horrible web of destruction. If we act now, we can take back our community and protect our families.
